About Us

Wellspring Place

Wellspring Place supports people to navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence. We are a dedicated team who work closely with participants to help them understand their plans, connect with the right services, and build strong support networks.

We provide Support Coordination (Level 2), Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3), and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. Our team has experience supporting participants with a wide range of needs, including people facing complex barriers.
We work with participants across South Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.

Our approach is person centred and practical. We listen carefully, respond quickly, and work alongside each participant to ensure their voice, goals, and choices guide the support they receive.

At Wellspring Place, we believe no one should have to navigate the NDIS alone.

How we can help

Our team supports participants with both everyday plan implementation and more complex situations that require specialist support.
We can help by:
  • Helping participants understand their NDIS plan and how to use it
  • Connecting participants with services that match their goals and needs
  • Building strong and reliable support networks
  • Helping navigate complex systems and resolve barriers to support
  • Coordinating communication between different service providers
  • Advocating for participant rights, choice, and control
  • Supporting people with complex or high support needs
  • Providing psychosocial recovery support that promotes stability and wellbeing
  • Assisting with crisis planning and long term support planning
Our approach is always collaborative. We listen carefully and work with participants to ensure their voice, choices, and goals guide every decision.

Support Coordination helps participants understand and implement their NDIS plans. Our role is to assist individuals in connecting with the right services and supports so they can work toward their goals.

We support participants by:

  • Understanding their NDIS plan and available funding
  • Connecting with appropriate service providers
  • Coordinating services and supports
  • Helping build confidence and independence in managing supports
  • Navigating the NDIS system and resolving challenges when they arise

Our goal is to ensure participants feel confident and supported in making decisions about their care and future.

Our commitment to support

At Wellspring Place, support is more than a service. It is about building trusted relationships. We believe in being present, listening with care, and helping people move forward with confidence. Our team brings compassion, respect, and genuine care to every interaction. Whether someone’s journey is straightforward or complex, we are here to make sure they do not have to navigate it alone.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching supports individuals living with psychosocial disability to build resilience, develop life skills, and strengthen their independence.

Our recovery-focused approach helps individuals to:

  • Build confidence and self-determination
  • Develop strategies to manage daily life
  • Strengthen social connections and community participation
  • Identify personal goals and work toward meaningful recovery outcomes

We recognise that recovery looks different for everyone, and we walk alongside individuals as they move forward in their own way and at their own pace.

What Makes Us Different

At our organisation, we believe that meaningful support begins with listening and understanding each person’s story. Our team brings together professional expertise in social work, psychology, and nursing, allowing us to approach support from a holistic perspective. We understand that every person’s journey is different, and we take the time to ensure that the support we provide reflects each individual’s goals, values, and circumstances. What truly sets us apart is our belief that support should be built on partnership rather than direction. We do not see ourselves as experts in the lives of others. Instead, we walk alongside the people we support, offering guidance, professional knowledge, and encouragement as they move forward at their own pace. We are especially committed to reaching those who may feel overlooked or vulnerable, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our goal is not simply to provide services, but to create genuine relationships that empower people to live the life they choose.
