About Us
Wellspring Place
Wellspring Place supports people to navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence. We are a dedicated team who work closely with participants to help them understand their plans, connect with the right services, and build strong support networks.
We provide Support Coordination (Level 2), Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3), and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. Our team has experience supporting participants with a wide range of needs, including people facing complex barriers.
We work with participants across South Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.
Our approach is person centred and practical. We listen carefully, respond quickly, and work alongside each participant to ensure their voice, goals, and choices guide the support they receive.
At Wellspring Place, we believe no one should have to navigate the NDIS alone.

We recognise that recovery looks different for everyone, and we walk alongside individuals as they move forward in their own way and at their own pace.
